Which tier do I need for multi-entity or payroll?

Business Plus. Multi-entity consolidation, intercompany eliminations, real period locks, Canadian payroll → GL, and the cross-tier owner tools are all Business Plus features.

Is MCP access included on Business Pro?

Yes. The Pennifi Accounting MCP server is included on both tiers; Business Pro exposes reads, non-payroll writes, and the cross-tier preview tools. post_payroll_run requires Business Plus.
