Upload a paystub PDF or photo. The AI parser extracts gross, deductions, and net pay — the number that actually hits your bank account. Pennifi then scans your recent bank transactions and links the paystub to the matching deposit within a tolerance window, so payroll income lands in the right income source, with the right amount and period — no manual data entry, no double-counting. Every match is reversible from the income source/category views. Unmatched paystubs stay in the queue until a matching deposit arrives.
